This is a Woolrich pull over jacket in a green and purple color combination. Woolrich, also known as "The Original Outdoor Clothing Company", was founded in 1830 by John Rich in Pennsylvania. It is one of the, if not the, oldest clothing companies in the U.S. and has seen much history go through their Pennsylvania headquarters such as the Civil War, Industrial Revolution, and The Great Depression... They provided Union soldiers with blankets during the Civil War. Two of their timeless pieces included the Railroad Vest, which originates during the time the railroads were being built through PA, and the Buffalo Check Shirt of the mid-1800's. This piece is a modern Woolrich piece from the 1990's but still vintage nonetheless. Do not miss out on an amazing piece.
