Osneaker uses reliable shipping services in order to provide our customers with the safest and most secure methods of dispatching orders. Products provided by Osneaker are either shipped directly from our warehouse or from our distributors. For more information on our shipping protocol please refer to the information below.

Shipping Methods and Costs

We use the following carriers when shipping items to our customers

United Parcel Service (UPS), United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx, DHL, and EMS (Express Mail Service.)

Before checking out, customers will be given the opportunity to choose the desired shipping method. Each method is calculated before you complete your order on Osneaker.com. Shipping costs are posted in the email confirmation. You will receive a Shipment Notification email for each shipment with the carrier's name and tracking information, when available.

Each carrier is independent of Osneaker.com and is no way a reflection of our business and management. We take responsibility in picking a carrier that would be reflect our flawless customer service record, but in some cases there maybe incidents that conflict with our policy. To any customer that is effected by an incident that poorly reflects on our carriers, we would like to apologize in advance. While rare, we understand that some carriers are poorly represented, if a carrier leaves your package without a signature we advise you to contact your local hub or post office to correct this problem.

Delivery Time

After placing an order on Osneaker.com customers will receive an email confirmation for their order. Information in the confirmation will include, scheduled delivery and ship time for the item. Once the item is dispatched an email will be sent to the customer and informing them that the item has been shipped. The email will include information regarding the carrier used to ship your item and the tracking number.

In rare cases shipments may be delayed due to a product being out of stock and major holidays. If there is a delay to the shipment of an item you are welcome to email us at contact@osneaker.com. Please include your order number and full name used to place the order.

Insurance and Signature on Delivery

Our prerogative is to insure that all customers receive their items in a timely and safe manner. We insure all packages that are shipped to our customers, if an item arrives damaged or never makes it to your residence please contact us. Since all items are insured we will file an insurance claim with the appropriate carrier.

All Items shipped require signature on delivery. We advise that you time your packages arrival by consulting the tracking number issued to your package. If you were not home when the packages delivery was attempted we advise that you visit your local hub or post office with a tracking number to pick up the package.

Shipping Methods

Osneaker offers different shipping methods that will allow our customers to choose a method that will fulfill their needs:

* Standard Shipping — Takes approximately 5-7 business days to arrive.

* 2nd Day Shipping — Delivers within 2 business days after shipping.

* 4-7 Day International Shipping — Delivers within 4 to 7 business days after shipping.

* Next Business Day — Delivers within 1 business day after shipping.

Shipping Restrictions

In order for us to process and ship an order we require that our customers use a correct billing and shipping address. The billing address must match with what is on file with the customers respective credit card. All orders that are unable to produce the correct billing address will be cancelled. Customers orders that are cancelled due to non compliance of this restriction will not be notified. Please understand that we process many orders everyday and it is important that our customers give us the correct information.

We ship worldwide and we do not discriminate on soldiers. APO addresses and all other military zip codes are welcomed.
