Orders & Returns

Order Processing & Delivery

Order processing speeds will vary but usually take 1-2 business days before your order is packaged and processed by our shipping department. When the shipping label is created the customer receives a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. However, that tracking number will not activate until it is received and processed by UPS or USPS.

UPS is our shipping provider for domestic orders and USPS for international shipments. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, please contact UPS/USPS to arrange a pick up from the closest hub.

International customers will be responsible for any and all additional taxes and/or fees related to the shipping of the parcel. Our goal is to avoid these charges for our customers and while most international orders ship without any additional fees, it is 100% dependent on the destination country.

 

Returns And Exchanges

All Sales Are Final! We do not process refunds or exchanges.

The items we carry are specialized for a knowledgeable consumer of whom we expect to know the product. We ask that you:

  1. Know your size.
  2. Try on a similar model at a local store.
  3. Are 100% sure you want to order our product.
  4. Contact us before placing an order you have questions about.

Refunds and exchanges are ONLY processed in the case that our warehouse makes error or we cannot fulfill your order. In the case that we make a mistake and/or send the wrong product, please contact us via email and we will make sure you get the item(s) you ordered.
