This is the Nike Zoom Lebron VI (6) "Triple Black Batman" which features a black and anthracite color way. The sneaker is black on black with carbon fiber around the heel. Nike designer Ken Link designed this color way to represent one of Lebron's favorite Superheroes, Batman, by using a mostly black color way with carbon fiber inspired by the Batmobile. On the inner ankle there is a direct reference to the Batman logo except that the bat is actually the King James crown logo with a 23 under it. By 2008 Lebron James had already established himself as the next in line to carry the torch. Lebron also accomplished notable NBA achievements such as his first MVP, the NBA scoring champion, All NBA First Team and helped the Cleveland Cavaliers develop a consistenly powerful squad. The silhouette of the Lebron VI model was inspired by the infamous Nike Air Force 1 High and the designs are almost identical except for some minor changes like the crown on the heel to the triple stitched midsole. In this model Lebron James himself also pushed the street-wear mentality meaning it was built as a basketball shoe but ultimately was made for the street appearance. Any Nike/Lebron aficionado would truly appreciate this beautifully designed shoe.
