This is the Nike Air Griffey Max II (2) "Metallic Dark Grey" in the GS (Grade School) size. In the 1990's Ken Griffey Jr became Nike's premier athlete in Major League Baseball. With his first signature shoe being a huge hit this second model followed suit. The Griffey signature was an AIr Max model featuring one of the first full-length 360 degree Max Air unit in the sole. It was designed to be both a high performance baseball cleat as well as an awesome street wear sneaker. This pair features a metallic dark grey upper that has a nice gunmetal pewter look to it. Be sure to pick a pair of these if you're a female sneaker head or parent shopping for your child.
