This is a vintage Chalk Line jacket for the Baltimore Orioles in their black and orange colors. The Orioles franchise is actually one of the oldest teams in MLB history being one of the original 8 charter teams in 1901. Their beginnings were as the Milwaukee Brewers, later moved to St. Louis as the Browns, and finally got to Baltimore, Maryland and became the Orioles. They have won three World Series Championships (1966, 1970, and 1983) and seven AL pennants. They won in 1966 after acquiring slugger Frank Robinson who won the MVP and Triple Crown that year. The Baltimore Orioles hold much baseball history and this jacket is quite the commemorative piece. As it dates back to the mid-80's after they won their third and final World Series. Be sure to add this piece to your vintage collection.
