This is a grey vintage Adidas sweatshirt that features the basic logo on the left chest in blue and red. Adidas was founded in 1948 by Adolf "Adi" Dassler in Germany after him and his brother Rudolf (founder of Puma) split up their athletic footwear business. Adidas since has become the largest manufacturer of sportswear in Europe and second, only to Nike, in the world. These sweatshirts were very popular in the 1980's but Adidas has stopped making them. They now produce clothing with the old logo as Adidas Originals brand but use newer styles and colors. This vintage look was left behind with its time.
This item is brand new but acquired a small stain while in storage. The stain appears on the left chest near the logo.
